The following are some highlights of Palisades Estates
design guidelines:
¨ Palisades Estates goal is to create a community environment in which site planning, quality architecture and landscape design come together to compliment each other.
¨ The architecture review is intended to maintain the attractiveness and continuity of the community and allow a limited variety of architectural styles.
¨ The community landscape environment will provide a sense of continuity and unity.
¨ Residences will be required to be a minimum of 3,400 sq. ft for single story and 4,000 sq. ft for two-story homes
¨ Construction must commence within 3 years of the purchase date and be completed with a certificate of occupancy 12 months after construction has commenced.
¨ A licensed general contractor and daily supervision is required to build within the community. Contractor must be approved by Architectural Review Committee in advance.
¨ A pre-design conference is required between owner and Palisades Estates design review committee prior to preliminary plan submittal to review design criteria and conceptual plans. (First consultation with ARC is complimentary)
Home sites are being sold for personal residences only. Sale of site at any time prior to the twelve-month anniversary of a completed home will be subject to a transfer fee.
